Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Cecile Piercey can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

PIERCEY, Cecile - Passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, March 9th, 2016 in her 79th year. Cecile Piercey (nee Larose) of Pembroke, loving mother of Penny (Jamie) Ford of Kitchener. Caring grandmother of Quincy, Tammy-Lee (James), Jeremy, Brett, Brooke, Brandon and Travis. Caring Great grandmother of Jessica (Ryan), Justin, Jonah and Makaiia. Caring great great grandmother of Carson, Landon and Carter. Dear sister of Simone (Bob) Handspicker and Roseanne (the late Bill) DeGrechie. Predeceased by daughter Brenda Kranz, by sons Ronald and Rick Schmidt, by parents John "Jack" and Trajena Larose (nee Demers), by sisters Rita Graveline and Morilda Clarke, and by brothers Theodore, Lawrence and Wilfrid Larose. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jean Baptiste Church, Pembroke on Saturday, March 12th, 2016 at 11 a.m., followed by cremation.
