FRASER, Elizabeth Mary Edith - Peacefully at Ottawa Hospital, General Campus on Monday, September 11th, 2017 in her 83rd year. Betty Fraser (nee Lebreton) of Ottawa, and previously of Shawville, QC and Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Arthur Fraser. Loving mother of Donnie (Rowan) Fraser, Artie Fraser, Theresa Fraser, Debra Fraser-Hickey, Dorina (Bruce) Berger, Raymond Fraser, Jackie Fraser and Diane Fraser. Dear sister of Joe Lebreton. Caring aunt to Joan and Anne. Predeceased by parents Roderick and Mary Lebreton (nee Ellison), and by granddaughter Deanna. Sadly missed by 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
