Condolences

Condolence From: Shannon Hardwick
Condolence: Ms. TerMarsch was my Grade 3 teacher back in 2002/2003. I was just looking up some of my childhood teachers to see if I could find any and this page showed up. I am so sad to hear this news but wanted to share that she was one of my favourite teachers and inspired me to become a teacher. I still have a binder with all of the hand written awards she gave me, and she made sure that each student earned many of these awards. I remember the friends I made in her class, the fun projects we did but most of all I remember how much she cared. May she rest in peace.

I was in her first class at St. John Bosco School (Grade 7) and she was a kind and caring teacher and I'm sure she was a wonderful teacher to all her students in her 32 year teaching career. May her soul be in God's loving care.

Condolence: I was in Gr 8 when Ms. Termarsch started teaching Gr 7 at St John Boscoe in Barry's Bay. Like many, we all wished we had her for a teacher and on occasion did classroom swapping for some courses. So sad to hear this. The lives she shaped in Barry's Bay and further on in her career are many and I am sure I speak for most when I say that knowing her made me a better person. Condolences to family and friends-We lost a good one there.

Condolence: I feel privileged to have worked with Brenda for three years at Our Lady of Sorrows School. Her dedication to her students and to teaching were inspirational. She was gentle and kind, with a strong and admirable faith. I have learned so much from her and treasure many memories. I will miss so many things about her...including our annual 'Merry Birthday/Happy Christmas' card exchange each December. Her cards were always beautifully decorated with stickers and included pictures of her garden and her dogs. So sweet! Heaven just became even more glorious!
