Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lois Linda Doucet can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

DOUCET, Lois Linda - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lois Linda Doucet (Cliche) on Sunday, January 8th, 2017 after a short, courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife to her husband Francis J. Doucet of 53 beautiful years together. Loving mother to Todd (Cindy) Doucet and the late Jason Doucet (Cassandra Chapieski). Proud grandmother to Bailie, Caden, Toby and Alex. Survived by brother Harold (Velma). Predeceased by parents Jules and Imgard Cliche (nee Soikic), and by brothers Anthony (Marie) and Elmer (Violet) Cliche. Lois will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends. A very special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Ottawa Hospital General Campus ICU, and 6th Floor Cancer Center for their warm hearts and compassionate support. In keeping with Lois's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held in the near future. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society so that we may help others battling this disease would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements by the
