FOLEY, Eileen Louise - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 7th, 2013 in her 89th year. Holder of Certificate of Merit for Volunteers (Ontario), Provincial Life Member of the Hospital Auxiliaries of Ontario, Life Member of the Pembroke General Hospital Auxiliary. Eileen Louise Foley (nee Derrick) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Hugh James (Jay) Foley (1996). Loving mother of Patricia of Kanata, Hugh (Theresa Verschelden) of Peterborough, Sharron (Terry Zahorodney) of Windsor, Dorothy Curtis of Guelph, Kate (Dan Sullivan) of Pembroke, Sheila of Orleans, Teresa (Gordon Ray) of Orleans and Molly (Sean Ford) of Spencerville. Caring Gram to Joel (Lora) Curtis, Jennifer (Dwayne Marx), Dan Foley, Bridget (Mark Craighead), Kevin Foley, Colleen (Ryan Anthony), Abby (Paul Hebert), Marie and Joe Sullivan, Adam (Nathalie) Ray, Sam Ray, and Sarah, Christopher and Julia Ford. Great Gram to Eric Curtis, Amelia Foley, Brody and Liam Foley, Matthew and Hailey Marx, Emma and William Hebert, and Lochlan Craighead. Predeceased by grandson Hugh Sullivan. Resting at the Neville Funeral Home 491 Isabella St., Pembroke, ON, K8A 5T8 (613) 732-7481 on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Columbkille’s Cathedral, Pembroke on Wednesday, December 11th, 2013 at 11 a.m., followed by cremation. Spring Interment of Ashes in St. Michael's Cemetery, Douglas. Members of the Pembroke General Hospital Ladies Auxiliary are requested to meet at the funeral home for prayers on Tuesday at 3 p.m. A very special thank you to Dr. Louise Coulombe (the Angel Doctor), nurses, staff, and volunteers at Hospice Care Ottawa.
