VAILLANCOURT SR., Donald G. - Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, August 4th, 2013 in his 79th year. Donald G. Vaillancourt Sr. of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Carol Vaillancourt (nee Nugent). Loving father of Donald Jr. of Pembroke, Joanne Miller (Steven) of Renfrew and Curtis of Pembroke. Caring grandfather of Donald Jr., Melissa Vaillancourt, Christopher, Michelle and Nikita Vaillancourt, Landin and Tyler Miller, and Melissa O’Brien. Predeceased by parents Joseph and Mary Ann Vaillancourt (nee Belaire), by son Richard, by sisters Claire Mirault, Elsie Mirault, Diane Mains, Tessie Jean and Beatrice Pearce, and by brothers Joseph, Roy, Norman and Rene Vaillancourt. Following Donald’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Friday, August 9th, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Interment of Ashes in Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Pembroke.
