Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Joseph Omanique can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Joseph A  Omanique
OMANIQUE, Joseph Anthony - Peacefully in his 72nd year at Kingston General Hospital, July 13 2013. Predeceased by his parents Joseph John Omanique and Viola Mae Slominski and his sister Theresa Marian. Joe leaves his cherished daughters Christine (Laydon) Marion, Cheryl (Steve) Kingan as well as Grandsons Justin, Michael, Cody, Nicolas. His devoted sisters Elizabeth, Amy (Ed Dignan) Ann (Wib Bruder, Deceased), Jean (Don DeMaio, Deceased), Ruth (Ted Vanderlaan) and their children and grandchildren. Joe will be remembered by his friends and business associates at Forest Valley Lumber Ltd. Pembroke, Bay Lumber and Supply Barry's Bay and by Kathy Omanique Brown and as well as his many friends in Combermere and throughout the Ottawa Valley. Cremation has occurred and a Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Hedwig's Church Barry's Bay, Ontario on Friday July 19, 2013 1:00 p.m., interment St Hedwig's Cemetery. Reception will follow. Arrangements entrusted to Neville Funeral Home Pembroke Ontario. We thank the doctors and palliative care teams of the Davies wing and K7 at the Kingston General Hospital for their compassion and care.
