NIGHBOR, Franklin “Frank” - Peacefully in hospital Pembroke on Thursday, February 9th, 2012 in his 88th year. Frank Nighbor of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Agnes Nighbor (nee Yantha). Loving father of Geraldine (Peter) Friedrich of Kitchener, Patrick (Lucille) Nighbor of Pembroke, Lawrence (Mary) Nighbor of Kitchener and Diane (Donald) of Moosejaw. Dear grandfather of Mary Anne and Richard Friedrich, Derek and Darryl Nighbor, Jason and Michael Nighbor, and Jonathan and Breanne Brooks. Dear brother of Mary Laforce of Kapuskasing. Predeceased by sisters Katie Mae and Madeline and by brothers Gerald, Edward and Anthony Nighbor. Also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Saturday, February 11th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke.
